Unfortunately, our room was not ready upon arrival, despite requesting early check-in. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was unreliable, forcing us to walk down the hallway to connect. I found the reception staff to be quite rigid and unhelpful, even denying a simple request for some extra bread at dinner.

Loved the stylish and modern decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its variety and quality. Enjoyed the spacious room with wonderful views of Leitz Park. I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi in my room being unreliable, forcing me to walk down the hallway for a connection. The reception staff seemed rigid when addressing my early check-in request, citing a charge for accessing the room 45 minutes early. Limited dining options on Sundays left me wishing there were more immediate food choices available.

Visiting the Leica museum was the highlight of my trip, and staying nearby made it even better! The layout of the room was impressive, providing ample space to unwind after a day of exploration, and the overall aesthetic of the place offered a unique charm that I really appreciated. Being just a short stroll from Leitz Park allowed for easy access to beautiful surroundings. It’s a perfect spot for any photography enthusiast looking to immerse themselves in the Leica experience.

i was just a short walk away from fine sites like the historic altstadt and the beautiful leitz park, making my weekend explorations super enjoyable and easy.
